I decided to head down to the TUC organised march in central London – things started out fine but a minority group decided to break away in the early afternoon. Things between them and Police soon escalated. More after the jump with Part 2 here…

You met Drew in the last post – well he put the word out to some of his LA friends to see if anyone was driving to Austin this year for SXSW. Luckily for me, Phil from Voxhaul Broadcast got back to him and said that I could tag along in their mini-van for the price of gas and some photos. Well, here are the snapshots from our 30hr non-stop cruise to Austin, TX.
I could’ve snapped more but with no power, no way to download cards and only a few stops, this was about as much as I could get.

Before the annual trek to Austin, TX for SXSW I flew into LA for a few days to see my friend Drew. He was kind enough to put me up in his place in Costa Mesa – we drank beers, ate In n’ Out and Wahoo’s and generally hung out for a bit. Being the gent that he is, he also hooked me up with a lift to Austin with his buddy Phil who is in the band Voxhaul Broadcast. Good dude.
